Contact
Questions, bug reports, feature ideas, or a controller doing something weird? I'd genuinely like to hear it — feedback from real people is what makes this tool better.
The best way to reach us is email: hello@controllertester.co. There's no contact form — a plain email gets to a real person, and real messages get real replies, usually within a couple of days. For partnership or business enquiries, use the same address and put "business" in the subject.
Reporting a bug
To help us reproduce it quickly, include as much of this as you can:
- Your browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome on Windows 11, Safari on macOS).
- The controller — brand and model, and whether it's connected by USB or Bluetooth.
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- If the controller wasn't detected, whether another app (Steam, a launcher) was open at the time.
Feature ideas
Want a test for a specific controller, a polling-rate check, or something the tool doesn't do yet? Tell us what you're trying to find out — the most-requested ideas get built first.
What we can and can't help with
We're happy to help you work out whether a fault is your controller, your browser, or a game's settings. We can't offer hardware repair or replacements — but the stick drift test and its honest fix order (recalibrate → clean → replace) will usually point you in the right direction. If you think a result looks wrong, email us the details above and we'll take a look.
